Appointment Details:
• Duration: Most appointments take 1.5–3 hours, depending on home size and condition
• Arrival Window: We operate on a 2-hour arrival window (one hour before and one hour after your booked time) to allow for travel and job variability
• Access Needed: Please ensure a clear path to your furnace with space to work, access to every vent in the home, and a 220V power source (stove or dryer). If 220V isn’t available, we can use two standard 110V outlets.
